Telly-Award Winner for Best Director and finalist for the Disney-ABC Writing Program, Russell Robertson is no stranger to storytelling. Super Duper Films is a part of The Robertson Company which has produced commercials, web series, and videos for over 500,000 views.
Growing up in Huntington Beach, Russell started filming at age 8 and went on to do promos for his high school, then for Fox Sports Net and YMCA before the age of twenty two. He continued to do commercials for Orange County companies during his attendance at Brooks Institute of Photography in Ventura, CA.
Super Duper Films looks to expand in scripted comedy with its first web series entitled Life On Set that so far has 12 nominations including Best Director, Best Sketch Comedy, Best Ensemble Cast, and Best Web Series. *Update: “Life On Set” was recently sold and distributed internationally.
